Innovation in action!</a>\nJoin us at the second edition of the Internatio
nal Spring School Welcome to the second edition of our International Sprin
g School: Biosolutions for Sustainable Agriculture – Innovation in Actio
 n. Join renowned scientists and industry leaders to discover the latest ad
vances in Agtech\, with a focus on digital tools and biosolutions (biostim
ulants\, biocontrol\, biofertilizers). Discover sustainable approaches tha
t will shape the future of agriculture. Benefit from Wallonia's solid scie
ntific expertise and take advantage of knowledge gained from cutting-edge
research. Meet over 200 professionals\, exchange ideas with your peers\, a
nd establish collaborations that promote real change in the food system. K
eynote Speakers Christian Huyghe The former scientific director of agricul
ture at INRAE will give a speech on how digital tools and biosolutions can
transform agriculture into more resilient and sustainable systems. His vi
sion bridges science and practice to design agriculture that serves both f
armers and the planet. Richard Bélanger Dr. Bélanger has been a full pro
fessor at Université Laval since 1999 and held a Canada Research Chair in
Plant Protection from 2001 to 2022. His research focuses on developing ge
netic and biological control methods to suppress plant diseases. He has su
pervised and graduated more than 27 postdoctoral fellows\, 20 PhD research
 ers\, and 42 master’s researchers\, and has published more than 200 scie
ntific articles\, cited nearly 20\,000 times\, making him one of the most
productive researchers in the world in his field. Vassil Kolarov Director
of the Research and Innovation Department\, he leads the department that s
upports the internationalisation of research & innovation (R&I) actors in
the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. His unit facilitates cooperation with fo
